QuenaMall will make everything in our power to exceed our customer's expectations.
We do understand that there may be a chance that an instrument may arrive with damages during transit. Or, a customer may change his/her mind after receiving the instrument.
Below is our general return policy
Time frame: Returns allowed for 14 days after receipt of instrument.
Return shipping postage: Paid by buyer
Refunds
When instrument is damaged: 100% refund
When customer wants to return for any other reason: refund of full price less 15% restocking fee
Exchanges
Flutes: If a customer wants to try another flute* for any reason, we will send a different flute, up to 3 times, as long as the client/us pay the difference in price and shipping costs.
